Little Bees

(Ages 3–6)
Intro to movement, focus, and fun

Our youngest students explore coordination, self-control, and listening skills in a safe, playful environment. These early experiences help build confidence and set the foundation for future martial arts success.

Basic Program

(Ages 6–9)
Building confidence and discipline

Designed for growing minds and bodies, this program introduces key Taekwondo techniques and fosters respect, focus, and goal-setting through dynamic, age-appropriate instruction.

Core Program

(Ages 10–14)
Refining technique and developing leadership

Students sharpen their martial arts skills, boost their fitness, and build real-world confidence. The program emphasizes responsibility, discipline, and positive leadership — both in class and beyond.

Teen & Adult Program

(Ages 14+)
Empowerment through strength and mindset

Competition Team & High-Performance Class

These elite programs are designed for students committed to competing at the local, provincial, national, and international levels. Entry is by invitation only and based on commitment, potential, and coach evaluation.

Competition Team members train for local and regional tournaments, with an emphasis on goal-setting, ring strategy, and performance under pressure. Athletes develop timing, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive setting.
High Performance Class is for advanced athletes with aspirations to reach national or international podiums. Training includes tactical refinement, scenario sparring, strength and conditioning, video analysis, and mental preparation.

Students in this program represent our school, their province and eventually their country with pride and are expected to uphold the highest standards of effort, discipline, and sportsmanship. It’s a demanding path — but one filled with growth, challenge, and the pursuit of excellence.

Some studio are ran more like a business then a martial art studio, you might get a black belt with half baked skill. Paragon martial art is different, Ms. Susanna truly cares about the development of the students. My kids are willing to give up their belt from the old studio and start fresh with Ms. Susana. Mrs. Susana is as good with the preschoolers as she is with the teenagers, and her well designed classes have increased my kids' confidence and fitness over the last few years.  Her strong but caring approach engages kids of all ages and makes it fun to practice and build skills in taekwondo.  My son is very dedicated and serious about his practice because of her coaching style and the community of families that make it the supportive learning environment that it is.  My kids also enjoy working with the teenage black belts who assist in teaching. It’s hard to be learning and teaching Tae Kwon do online but Ms Susana has been able to engage her, keep her interested and loving class so much that she would go there five days a week if she could. This studio isn’t about attending classes and getting a belt, it’s about the process of learning. The personal development is just has important as the skill development and Ms Susana cares every step of the way for all her students. This is why you will see the longevity of the students that are there isn’t short term. If you are looking to have your kids learn the importance of grit, discipline and some life skills with the bonus of some awesome Tae Kwon Do skills this is the place for you! Highly recommend!!

There are lots of kids in this group and there are several classes. The instructors take interest in the kids. A few parents stay in the room. This supports the class.
